麦迪逊埃利斯保护区 is a new 多户型 residential community with amenities geared toward empty-nesters and young professionals. There are 251 one- and two-bedroom layouts with state-of-the-art amenities.

This project consisted of the renovation and reconstruction of an upscale hotel while operational, including providing value-engineering services during construction. The project had a stringent schedule featuring two phases of construction over 15 months.

High Construction provided construction on a 12-story addition to the existing Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square hotel (also built by High Construction). 添加, referred to "Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square - East Tower" adds 110 rooms to the hotel, along with a new first-floor restaurant and rooftop lounge. 

The Residence Inn - Lancaster is an extended stay, all-suite hotel featuring 127 studio and one-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has separate living, 工作, 吃, 还有睡觉的地方, as well as fully equipped kitchens with a coffee-maker, 微波炉, and residential-sized appliances.

Berwind Property Management Group selected High Construction as the construction manager to convert a 240,000平方英尺, 轻工业设施, into flex office space with a high bay storage area.
